Lupine Fest set for May 20

When: 5/20/2017 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: Albany Pine Bush Discovery Center, 195 New Karner Road, Albany NY,

Experience a celebration of our local wildlife at the Capital Region’s globally rare, nationally significant, and locally distinct Albany Pine Bush. Enjoy live animal shows, wildlife workshops and nature walks. Discover the unique wildlife that calls this rare habitat home through hands-on activities with community partners, music with the WhipperSnappers and B95.5, games, crafts, vendors and more!

Our program includes so far: music with the WhipperSnappers and B95.5, local wildlife programs by Michael Clough, make your own tie-dye shirt, bird banding demonstration, wildlife tracking workshop, storywalk & guided tours, old fashion photo booth, craft and food vendors, The Karner Kontraption, and face painting.

This is a FREE event!

DIRECTIONS TO LUPINE FEST: All parking will be at 302 Washington Ave. Ext. Shuttle bus provided. *On-site parking for people with disabilities only.
