Having trouble viewing Channel 16?

In the summer of 2013, Channel 16 carrier Time Warner Cable converted to an all-digital signal. Since Channel 16 is NOT digital, there is a chance that some of our viewer's will lose their access to the channel. District residents with digital cable or with a digital television set will have no problem viewing their favorite Channel 16 programming. Those without digital options, however, will need to contact Time Warner Cable directly to request a Digital Tuning Adapter (DTA), which the company has said it will provide free of charge at this time. For more information, please visit the Time Warner Cable website.
