LES supply lists for 2023-24

School supply lists, by grade, for the 2023-24 school year at Lynnwood Elementary School can be found below.

• Listed are the common supplies need for each grade level.
• With the August placement letter, parents will receive this list and information about any additional items your child’s teacher may request.
• Please note this is only the basic list of supplies.

Kindergarten Supply List

Please clearly label all items with your child’s name.

Community Supplies

• 1 box of tissues
• 8 small glue sticks (Elmer are best quality)
• 1 pack of Twistables Crayola Crayons

Personal Supplies

• 1 pair of scissors
• 4 durable plastic double pocket folders (1 blue, 1 red, 1 purple and 1 yellow)
• 1 durable plastic folder (child’s choice of color or design)
• 1 black and white hard cover composition notebook
• A full-sized backpack (*no wheels, * smaller packs make art work, library books, lunch boxes and other things difficult to fit/pack)
• Sneakers with velcro
• Lunch box (plan to send a small, healthy snack every day)
• Water bottle
• Headphones (over the ear, not earpods)

Suggested Donations (items that we often need but are not requiring)

• gallon size freezer bags
• sandwich size plastic bags
• 1 pack of Ticonderoga sharpened pencils
• fat or skinny Crayola Markers

• 2 black sharpie markers
• 1 package of wipes
• 2 dozen sharpened Ticonderoga pencils
• 1 box of sandwich size Ziploc bags
• 1 box of gallon size Ziplock bags
• 12 count of glue sticks
• 1 bottle of liquid glue
• 1 boxes of Crayola twistables

• 1 set of watercolor paints (please label)
• 5 two-pocket folders labeled (red, blue, yellow)
• 1 two-pocket folder orange (for art)
• 1 two-pocket folder of any pattern or design (take home folder) (please label)

• 1 set of inexpensive headphones – please label! (no earbuds – bring from Kindergarten) (please label)

Grade 3 Supply List

Please feel free to reuse any supplies that are still in good condition from previous school years.

Please label bold materials with your child’s name.

• 5 – double pocket folders in the following colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue
• 1 – additional double pocket yellow folder for art
• 1 – durable pocket folder of choice

• 1 – pair of headphones/earbuds in a plastic bag labeled with name

• 1-pack of regular sized black dry erase markers
• 2-ultra fine tip Sharpie markers in black ink
• 1-canvas pencil pouch with 3 holes for use in binder
• 1-pack of post-it notes (3” x 3”; No accordian pads, please)
• 4-marble notebooks
• 1-folder with 3 holes that can go in binder
• 2-packs of loose leaf paper
• 2-1 inch binder with clear cover insert – Miss Lewis’ Class only needs 1
• 1-pack of plastic dividers with pockets (to be used in binder)
• 1-pair of scissors (used is fine!)
• headphones or earbuds with 3.5 mm jack (in labeled ziplock bag; used is fine)
• eraser for dry erase board (small square of fleece or a sock works well!)
