Elise Upton was named Guilderland Elementary School Young Artist of the Month. Elise is a fifth grade student in Mrs. Rossi’s class and is very thoughtful with her artwork. She is willing to adapt her plan as she works but is also able to envision how she will work to complete her idea. She plans her work carefully and has intention in every step she takes in the process of completing her project. Artists must be able to picture the steps ahead while working on their ideas and Elise does just that. Way to go Elise!
