LES school supply lists for 2021-22

School supply lists, by grade, for the 2021-22 school year at Lynnwood Elementary School can be found below. 

• Listed are the common supplies need for each grade level.
• With the August placement letter, parents will receive this list and information about any additional items your child’s teacher may request.
• Please note this is only the basic list of supplies.

Kindergarten Supply List

Please clearly label all items with your child’s name.

• 1 box of tissues
• 1 pair of scissors
• 8 small glue sticks (Elmer are best quality)
• 1 pack of Twistables Crayola Crayons
• 1 pack of washable Crayola Classic regular fat markers
• 4 plastic double pocket folders (plastic hold up longer than others)
• 1 black and white hard cover composition notebook
• A full sized backpack (no wheels, smaller packs make art work, library books, lunch boxes and other things difficult to fit/pack)
• Sneakers with velcro
• Lunch box for snack (plan to send a small, healthy snack every day)
• Water bottle 
• Headphones (over the ear, not earpods) 

Suggested Donations (items that will offset personal cost for teachers)

• Gallon size freezer bags
• Sandwich size plastic bags
• 1 pack of Ticonderoga “My First” pencils

Grade 1 Supply List

• 3 boxes of tissues
• 1 package of wipes
• 2 dozen sharpened Ticonderoga pencils 
• 1 package of index cards
• 2 large pink pearl erasers 
• 2 rolls of scotch tape
• 1 pack of dry erase markers
• 1 box of sandwich-size Ziploc bags 
• 1 box of gallon-size Ziploc bags 
• 10 glue sticks
• 1 bottle of liquid glue
• 2 boxes of Crayola markers
• 2 boxes of Crayola twistables  
• 1 box of Crayola crayons  
• 2 boxes of sharpened colored pencils 
• 1 set of watercolor paints
• 5 manila folders
•  5 two-pocket folders labeled  (red, blue, yellow, green, purple)
• 1 two-pocket folder orange (for Art)
• 1 two-pocket folder of any color, pattern or design (Take home folder)
• 1 composition notebook
• 1 set of inexpensive headphones – Please label! (no earbuds – bring from Kindergarten)
• 1 clipboard 
• 1 pencil pouch big enough to fit all supplies

Grade 5 Supply List

•     2 glue sticks
•     2 packs of 12 Ticonderoga #2 pencils pre-sharpened
•     1 pack of pencil top erasers
•     1 box of colored pencils  
•     1 box of crayons; 24 count
•     1 4-pack of skinny black dry erase markers
•     2 ultra fine tip Sharpie markers in BLACK ink
•     1 canvas pencil pouch with 3 holes for use in binder (Not needed for Romano)
•     2 packs of Post-It notes (3×3; no accordion pads, please)
•     4 marble notebooks (Fry needs 3)
•     1 folder with 3-ring fasteners inside (Not needed for Romano)
•     2 folders: 1 green, 1 blue
•     1 1-inch binder with clear cover insert (Freeman needs 2)
•     1 pack of plastic dividers with pockets (to be used in binder)
•     1 pair of scissors (used is fine!)
•     headphones or earbuds with 3.5 mm jack (in labeled Ziploc bag; used is fine)
•     eraser for dry erase board (small square of fleece or a sock works well)
